Absolute Eosinophils

Eosinophils are one of the 5 main types of white blood cell. 

Eosinophils are white blood cells that become active in late stage inflammation. May be elevated due to allergies, asthma, parasitic infection, hypoadrenalism, skin diseases such as eczema, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s, aspirin sensitivity. May be decreased due to elevated cortisol.
